Diana Francis House is owned by AmicusHorizon Ltd and is managed by Independent Housing Opportunities (Tandridge). 

The house was developed with support from Tandridge District Council and works in conjunction with Surrey Supporting People.  

The house is situated in Caterham Village and is only a short walk from a large Tesco store and bus stops with direct routes to Croydon and Redhill. Both Caterham and Whyteleafe Train Stations are in the near vacinity. 

Being part of rural Tandridge means that Caterham is surrounded by green belt including Kenley and Coulsdon common.
